🏒 YOUTH COMPETITIVE PLAYERS — IMPORTANT!
MN Hockey has implemented a new rule this season requiring mouthguards for competitive-level players to be colored (not clear) and tethered to the facemask.
Minnesota Orthodontics will have compliant mouthguard options available at this clinic, making this a great opportunity to get your player ready for the season!
Open to youth through high school. A signed consent form is required for each player.
📄 INFORMATION & CONSENT FORM:
📍 Mouthguard Pickup: Families will need to pick up the completed mouthguards October 14 or 15 from 8 AM–4 PM. The player does not need to be present for pickup.
