Squirt and Peewee Tryout Info
Moose Squirt & Peewee Competitive-Level Families,
Please review the information below to stay up to date throughout the tryout process.
Important Schedule Information:
• Download the Crossbar app and sync the calendar to stay up to date.
• Any schedule changes will be communicated by email and posted on the Moose Hockey website.
• If there is a discrepancy between Crossbar and the posted schedule, please follow the posted schedule and notify us so we can update Crossbar.

• Sept 29: Squirt Skills Tryouts (skaters only – no goalies)
• Sept 30: Squirt and Peewee Goalie Skills Tryouts (goalies only – no skaters)
• Oct 1: Peewee Skills Tryouts (skaters only – no goalies)
• Oct 3-8: Squirt and Peewee Tryouts (broken into A and B pools)
o Skaters need to attend their assigned A or B pool (some may be asked to attend both pools)
o Goalies need to attend A AND B pools
Important Reminders:
• Attendance is mandatory: If a player will be absent from a tryout, the appropriate level director must be notified prior to the scheduled tryout date and time. Level Director Contacts Here
• Questions: Please direct all questions to the appropriate level director.
• Tryouts are closed to spectators: Parents and other spectators will not be allowed inside the rink during tryout sessions.
• Player movement between pools is expected: Players may move between groups throughout the tryout process. Updates will be communicated by email and posted online as decisions are made.
• Please follow the 24-hour rule: Allow 24 hours after final placements are announced before contacting level directors with questions or concerns.
